Afro Heist started because the music we grew up on wasn't on enough stages in this city. So we built one — two years of concerts and jam sessions across Berlin, and the people who showed up made it.

For two years we opened the room. Musicians sit in, dancers and singers step up, and the set goes where the room takes it. No lineup posted in advance, no barrier to who plays. It's coming back.
